What, if any, are the health benefits of video games?
I know you have to think fast in most games, but is there benefits other than learning to be quick?
hand-eye coordination, critical thinking skills to solve problems, rarely exercise of innovative games that require dance, punch, etc. health risks: laziness of sitting around, weight gain around there, looking too bad vision to a TV, A poor diet, due to chewing, lack of sleep due to be playing all night, behavior problems due to lack of social interactions, and rarely Pyschiatric problems (ie Columbine) ... just to name a few. trust me, I am a physician and an avid gamer. Despite the above, I will not resign my Xbox 360!
