Why using headphone/earphone for a long time will make us feel headache?
Whenever I use earphone for a long time, let's say 30 minutes, I feel kinda a little hard to breathe, and then a mild headache, why is this happening? Do we breathe through our ears too? Try cover your ears tight with your palms, and breathe in fast, and breathe out fast, you can feel your palms kinda get sucked into the ears.

the better example would be
take a deep breath, close your mouth and nose with our hands then try to breathe out really hard
air sometimes comes out of your eyes
headphone's electronic sounds disrupts your ear fluid which helps us balance
