I found those usb PC joysticks on eBAY but i'm not sure if it is it pair (2) or only one (1) ,it says (1 x Shock Controllers Joystick) in the bottom if it only one please find me same joysticks but pair in the same price.

It is only one joystick. It says "joystick" not "joysticks". In the picture, it shows only one joystick, not two. In the description, it says (1) Joystick.
It is only one. Definitely.
You're not likely to find two for the same price, if this is the price that one generally sells for.
