Can a normal screw driver wreck your Pc?

When working on internal components on your harddrive and you need to unscrew a few screws can a normal screw driver wreck your haddrive?
Or do you really need an electronic screwdriver?
Do you recommend using a normal screwdriver?

The screw driver you want to avoid is a magnetized one. Magnets and electronics generally don't get along, with a few specific exceptions that use both in controlled situations.

Otherwise screw drivers are all pretty much the same.
