Are pitbulls good to guard A house ?
I have a puppy pitbull that is 9 months old and i was wondering are they good protectors
not generally. they can be trained to do so. because they were originally bred for pit fighting, where a handler is in the pit with each dog, they are the only dog on the planet bred to be non-aggressive to humans. if they attacked handlers, they were killed so that trait would not be bred to others. for these reasons, pits will pretty much walk off with anyone, and are one of the most stolen dogs of all.
