how do you play playstation or xbox online using a wireless network included in an apartment building?
just moved into a Mckinley apartment because they include a free wifi connection, i can sign in on my computer to use internet explorer, but my playstion and xbox are having trouble signing in.
Neither Xbox's (360 and original) have built in wireless. You will need to purcahse a wireless adapter seperately. The same goes for the PS2, but the PS3 does have wireless built in. Either way, once the system is prepped for wireless you simply go into the network settings and select the network you want to join. If it's free wifi it's probably not a secure network and you should be able to join without a password. If it is a secure network you'll need to get the network password from the administrator.
