How long until I have six pack abs?
I have built up my ab strength to where I have a square around my stomach area as to where they come in but ni defining lines to show I have a six pack. I eat right and limit one unhealthy item per day and I workout everyday excluding sunday and play lots of sports though primarily tennis.Try to give the best approximaqtion as to when I will have a six pack.
From the sound of it you're on the right track, you're eating healthy and exercising. The only thing that i could think of is try doing sit ups or leg lifts or whatever you do to work your abs with weight to add some resistance. Abs are endurance muscles and are therefore use to being worked for long periods of time, up the weight/intensity and lower the amount of reps and you should start seeing some more definition. As for punching yourself in the stomach, you might as well just try punching yourself in the face. At least then you'll realize how truly pointless that little bit of information is and put no hope in it.
