How do I get to play nds files on my DSI using acekard2i?

I really need a step by step guide on how to get my acekard2i to play nds files i downloaded
i have them on the micro sd and it is in the acekard but it just says "Missing System File" when i hit play
please help and give a step by step guide on any firmware needed
im a nooby at this so please be thorough

You need to copy the firmware for the Acekard on the microSD card.
You can use the official firmware or an improved version call AKAIO.
I recommend to follow these steps to install the AKAIO firmware:

Important: Don't upgrade the nintendo firmware to 1.4 because this firmware blocks all flashcards.
