How to can I used the LCD Display to take pictures on the Nikon D40?
When I am taking pictures the image is not displayed on the LCD screen, I have to look through the lens.
I made that same mistake when i first got my canon XTi, until i asked on here and found out that it didn't have live-view . Though the Nikon D5000 and Canon Xsi have it . I didn't like to look thru the viewfinder at first, but within a week you will get used to it . These days i can't take a pic without using the viewfinder .
