Component Cables
How good is the picture from a PS3 using component cables?
Hello all,
I have a Westinghouse LTV19W6 19 inch LCD TV and I want to get a PS3 primarily for its Blue Ray (although I will be doing some gaming). However, the TV does not have HDMI inputs and as far as I know the DVI-D input is not HDMC compatible. So my only real option, as I understand it, is to get the HD component cables. How will the picture look using these cables vs. an HDMI? Will the picture from the Blu Ray still be HD?

METAL GEAR SOLID BOY may by confused and thinking of composite cables (yellow, white, red). i use component (blue, green, red, red,white) and blu ray movies and games are most definitely coming through in HD. the picture is crisp, clear, and full of color. HDMI is best but you will have no problem with component cables.
