Blue Hello
Hello, I have a pretty budgie, its green one, it has a light blue cere with white around the nose,?
but in the middle of the cere its brown, is it a girl ready to mate? They told me it was about 6 months or older....i have had it for about a month now and it stays the same color......could it mean it had a diease at one time?
